He talks mostly on the hardware verses software debate, but also touches on the use of multiple outs on his MPC 60. I have always preferred the sound quality of the stereo outs on my MPC2500. It takes a little longer to track them out because you have to take several passes through the sequence to isolate the tracks, but those stereo outs through a preamp, is worth the extra time.
