Our philosophy is simple: Learning & shared knowledge, collaboration, and community are at the essence of Beat Studies.
We look to offer our audience, not only damn fine music, but also the insight that goes into the artistic process behind it: artistry and craftsmanship, content, life lessons, technology and production. Sharing what we’ve learned with others helps to reinforce the knowledge within ourselves. And learning from others, as well as ourselves, puts us all closer to our goals of achievement & success.
The Beat Studies crew is comprised of four core members: a producer, a director of art & marketing and two of the dopest emcees on the planet. However, there are many other “Scholars of Distinction” that have been brought into the family over the years. It is that community of musicians and music lovers that help to define Beat Studies.
Our purpose is to make a genuine contribution to humanity; to change people’s lives through music and education while bringing the genre of Hip-Hop back to its roots. From beat making to song writing to musical culture and more…
