So… I just started catching up on the homie CurT@in$ and I gotta say that dude deserves every bit of attention he is getting. Check out his new track “Before I Go,” it’s truly POETRY. It sounds like he sampled the same track Joe Budden did on “All of Me.” Let me know what you think…

Rock Most ‘Rocks East Atlanta’

For Lovers Only Release Party

The Graveyard Tavern dug up something special this evening as heads descended upon it for this much anticipated release party. The who’s who of the scene along with the headliner’s friends and family were there and ready to party. In his trademark fedora, Rock Most took the stage with a commanding presence and proceeded to rock the house thoroughly. “Hopefully this means that we can carry on the tradition of making good music that’s still fun to be a part of. It doesn’t have to be always conscious or always preachin’ to be fun, but it can still have a message.” he said moments after his performance. “I’m trying to find that balance between entertainment and real hip-hop.”  I’d say this cat found what he was looking for.

Rappers Speak Against Violence

So…Ever since the Derrion Albert incident it seems more and more rappers are speaking out against violence. First Common, then Nas…now David Banner, Rhymefest, Naledge, and Twista have decided it’s time. Applaud them!!! Shouts out to the homie Naledge too! R.I.P. Derrion your family is in our prayers.
